Does Guard Rail Pro require a long-term contract?

Not necessarily. Our Lite plan is month-to-month with no contract — you buy the tracker outright ($95 one-time) and cancel anytime, no penalty. Regular and Enterprise plans give you the hardware free in exchange for a minimum term (12 months, or multi-year for Enterprise volume pricing) — you won't sign a 36-month contract, but ending a term plan early may involve a fee to cover the free hardware.

Can Guard Rail Pro track individual tools inside a kit?

Yes. BLE sensors — including door open/close, motion, temperature, and individual asset tags — pair with a parent GPS tracker, so you can monitor a tool kit and every critical item inside it simultaneously.

What is the Guard Rail Pro Bluetooth gateway?

Every Guard Rail Pro tracker also functions as a Bluetooth gateway. It scans for nearby BLE sensors and relays their data to the cloud alongside GPS location, so you don't need to deploy separate gateway infrastructure.
